Submit Manuscript | http://medcraveonline.com characterized for having a cystic pattern containing cholesterol crystals that are usually surrounded by foreign body giant cells. Their growing pattern is very variable and it is related to the frequency and severity of the micro hemorrhages happening within. It can be found in different locations in the temporal bone such as in the petrous apex (PA), middle ear and mastoid.
